Our Story - Starting from a tough struggle
Prasanna Vinod Thakkar started his career while still pursuing his FYBCom from Podar College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai in 1987 by reaching Kandivali Site from Matunga every morning after College where they were building Lucky Shoppe a Shopping Mall on S V Road Kandivali West. My Father Vinsons-Vinod Thakkar who had a very respected name in the Real Estate Business and who started in his career in 1962 with Makers and had 23 people working with him handling multiple sites like Ansa Industrial Estate Saki Naka, Vyapar Bhavan, Carnac Bunder, Sai Baba Nagar, Borivali West, Sai Baba Complex, Goregaon East, Minoo Minar, Veera Desai Road, Amit Estate, Lokhandwala Complex, Amit Nagar, Yari Road, Pink Apartments, 7 Bunglows, etc where we were sole selling agents. From 2007 to 2017 we were based in Dubai, UAE selling Rustomjee, Godrej Properties Ltd, Mayfair Housing, Tata Housing, Shapoorji Pallonji, Ajmera Group, etc under our company Indian Properties. We have also conducted successful Exhibitions in 2013 and 2014 in Dubai under the banner of Indian Properties Spring Expo. Since 2017 we have been actively working with Developers for their sales across UAE and GCC markets and locally.
